Tickets

+ Where can I get tickets for the event?

We have three options of tickets to purchase plus the Kids Ticket options. The standard ticket for the entire event is only $20 AUD. God told us to keep it so low so that anyone from Australia can come. The other options include the ones that allow you to donate above and beyond the normal ticket price, in order to invest into Awakening Australia which really helps us to cover the costs for this event.

We also have a donate section at the bottom of this page if you want to invest in Australians to be saved. All the monies received will go to this event and to seeing Australia saved; not a single part of this will be used for personal gain.

Please note, no ticket sales are refundable. All tickets have a small ticketing fee and will be sent to you via email.

Regardless of which ticket option you choose, we are excited you're coming and bringing your passion to Melbourne in 2018. Let's rock Australia together with Jesus!

+ What do the different priced tickets include?

Standard Ticket:
This ticket will give you access to the full three days of the event.
Blessing Ticket:
This ticket will give you access to the full three days of the event and helps pay the hire of the stadium (In real terms you're helping pay for a seat that someone's unsaved family member will sit in.
Kingdom Releaser:
This ticket is you being really generous and contributing towards the complete cost of the event. You will have access to the full three days of the event - plus you are paying for things like the speakers and bands coming, the mass outreaches and free material we give out, follow up booklets, the sound in the stadium and much much more

+ My ticket says "Etihad Stadium". Is it still valid?

The Etihad Stadium is now called Marvel Stadium but if you bought your ticket before the name change don't worry it is still valid for our event.

+ Can I get tickets at the door?

We highly recommend getting your ticket now since we can't guarantee, that you will be able to get a ticket at the door.

+ Does my child need a ticket?

Children under 5 years are free. If your child 5 years or older you have to buy a ticket. If you want your child to take part in the Childrens Ministry you will have to buy a Kids Ticket for them which will give them access to the full three days of the event plus the Childrens Program which will be provided during all morning and afternoon sessions.

+ I didn't get to buy a Kids Ticket? Can my child still be part of the Kids Ministry?

If you didn't get a chance to buy a Kids Ticket for your child you can come to the Kids check-in in the foyer between the Stark and Rogers rooms (Use ramp inside gate 4). Check-in for each Kids Session will close 15 minutes after the session started and open spots for that session will be filled up with "first come, first served."

+ What happens if I give my ticket away to my friend?

The tickets are not bound to a name and therefore transferable. The perfect gift for your unsaved friend or family member!

+ What happens if I lose my ticket/wristband?

If you lost your ticket or wristband you have to buy a new one. We can't check for you if you already bought and paid one. If you can't find the email with your ticket please contact universe and as them to resend you the ticket.

Volunteer

+ How can I volunteer during the event?

Awesome that you're asking! We will need a lot of volunteers! We need you, your heart, your passion, your love for Jesus! Join us in serving Melbourne to see Jesus be glorified over Australia. Sign up to volunteer here.

Event

+ How does the program look like?

You can find the latest program on the event page. We will update it with more details shortly before the event starts.

+ Can I come and go as I wish during the event?

Yes, once you are checked-in you will get a wristband that allows you to enter and exit the stadium at all times during the session times.

+ Do you have something prepared for persons with special needs?

Yes, we have a team that would love to assist you! We will also have a special seating section that is accessible easily. Please come to the Gate 3. That’s where our team will be waiting for you.

+ What can't I bring into the stadium?

Awakening Australia prohibits the following:

Bags, Backpacks or Purses larger than 40cm x 40cm x 40cm

Alcoholic Beverages, Glass Bottles or other containers made of glass Illegal Drugs and Weapons including Firearms, Knives, Explosives, Fireworks, Pyrotechnics and Laser Pointers

Professional Cameras (lenses longer than 3”) and Camera Equipment, Selfie-Sticks, Tripods and Video or Audio Recording Equipment

Banners, Sticks, Poles, Inflatables, Frisbees and Balls

Full-length umbrellas, Balloons, Skateboards, Scooters and Folding or Beach Chairs

Horns or other Noisemakers, Musical Instruments (including shofars) or Speaker Devices

Pets (Service Animals are allowed)

Baby Strollers are generally allowed.

+ Where can I get food/drinks from?

You can bring your own food and beverages (up to 500ml) into the venue (alcohol and glass excepted). You are welcome to get food and drinks at one of the kiosks inside the stadium and there is many possibilities to get food around the stadium.

+ Are there assigned seats?

Are you coming with your family or friends? We're sure that you'd like to sit together! That's why we don't have any assigned seats in the Arena so you can freely choose where you want to sit.

+ I have lost something. What do I do?

No problem. We're sure it got found! Please check out the Customer Service Desks at the stadium.

+ I can't come but I want to be part of it. Do you have a live stream?

+ Will there be outreach?

Yes! We'll have two opportunities for you to go on outreach in Melbourne.
Flood Melbourne is an outreach put on by Awakening Australia. It is held in the days leading up to the stadium event and a time of raw outreach where the goal is breaking the fear of man, preaching the Gospel and inviting people to the large stadium event. It is a free event where groups come from all over the world (YWAM, Bethel, Circuit Riders etc). Each day we'll be having a specific location and times - watch our Facebook page or website for more information. It is normally held over a 4 hour period where anyone is welcome to come and go as they please and their schedule allows.

There will be major outreaches during our main stadium event. See our schedule for more information.

Families

+ Does my child need a ticket?

Children under 5 years are free. If your child 5 years or older you have to buy a ticket. + Will there be Childrens Ministry?

Yes, kids tickets are the same price as the Standard Ticket. We have two tickets depending on your child's age.
The first is from age 5-8 and the second is from age 9-12.
A Kids Ticket will give your child access to the full three days of the event and to the Kids Program which will be provided during all morning and afternoon sessions.

+ Will there be stroller access at the event?

Yes, you will either be able to park your stroller at a specific entrance inside the Arena or take it with you.

+ Will there be parent rooms available at the event?

Yes, there are also parent rooms available! They are at Gate 1 and Gate 7 - Aisle 3 & 4 and Aisle 28 all on Level 1

Transport

+ How do I get to the stadium?

Trams
City trams run to Marvel Stadium from La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade. Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street and all are a short walk to Marvel Stadium.

Bourke Street/Spencer Street footbridge entrance:
112 - St Kilda Fitzroy St to West Preston
31 - Victoria Harbour Docklands to Hoddle Street
11 - Victoria Harbour Docklands to West Preston
48 - Victoria Harbour Docklands to North Balwyn

La Trobe Street entrance:
30 - Marvel Stadium Docklands to St Vincent's Plaza
86 - Waterfront City Docklands to Bundoora RMIT
35 - Waterfront City Docklands/City Circle

Trains and buses
The Marvel Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the Southern Cross Train Station and bus terminals.

Sky bus Airport shuttle
The Sky busses run express transfers to Southern cross station from Tullamarine and Avalon Airports.

+ Where can I park my car for the event?

Parking at Marvel Stadium on event days is $25 per day. You can book your parking online
